WINEMAKING: pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
AGING: french oak barriques, in bottle for about 12 months before marketing.

- Visual: intense ruby red color, lively.
- Olfactory: intense, elegant, complex, red and black fruit, blueberry, blackberry, wild strawberry, dried red flowers, greeen pepper, nutmeg, vanilla.
- Taste:fresh, intense, full, broad, full-bodied, persistent with fine tannins and enveloping finish.
